The Vedeneyev M-14P engine  is a 9 cylinder 360 hp radial and  is renowned as the world's most reliable radial engine.  The design comes from 1933 and has been continuously developed since then through various horsepowers through to the present day 360 and 400 hp versions.  It is currently used in at least 20 different types of aircraft and helicopters. 

The new 2006 manufactured engines we  have available come with the dress kit as shown on the right or in the standard green. The factory new engines are available in 360 or 400 horse-power versions. The new designation for the 400 h.p. engine with the dress kit is M-14PFX-DK .

ALSO AVAILABLE IS THE M-14D ENGINE WHICH HAS BEEN MADE ESPECIALY FOR REPLICA, VINTAGE AIRCRAFT.  AT 220 HP THIS ENGINE IS IDEAL FOR A VARIETY OF VINTAGE BIPLANES ETC.
